The following steps were performed by Esri: Downloaded the 2020 Census Redistricting Data (Public Law 94-171) Summary Files from the U.S. Census Bureau. Created the block points from these data files. Projected the dataset to World Geodetic System 1984 (WGS84). Added fields STATE_FIPS, COUNTY_FIPS, STCOFIPS, TRACT_FIPS, BLOCKGROUP_FIPS, and BLOCK_FIPS and created their values from parsing the values of the FIPS field. Reordered and renamed fields.
